In 2010, Americans spent 10 billion dollars and had over 13.1 million cosmetic procedures, a 5% increase from 2009.
Dr. Janho’s innovative techniques in sculpturing and contouring every patient’s body according to their individual needs, not only results in the patient achieving the shape of their dreams, but also has earned him recognition and respect among cosmetic surgery professionals.
Do not despair…this is where the Brazilian Tummy Tuck performed by Dr. Rajae Janho can help in getting you ready to fit into your clothes and not have to worry about your stomach bulging out when you sit down. The Brazilian Tummy tuck is a good option for you to choose when you’ve been through sudden weight loss and weight gain, have had multiple pregnancies and when the natural aging process has caused too much excess skin in your abdomen.
Thanks to Brazilian Plastic surgeons, Drs. Avelar and Saldanha, today we can perform lipo-sculpturing of the body and combine it with “tummy tuck” by surgical removal of abdominal wall excess skin (only), preserving noble blood vessels, nerves and lymphatics. The downtime is about 10 days vs. 28 days for traditional tummy tuck. The use of drains is diminished and the resulting scar is thin and well placed to conceal under underwear. Dr. Rajae Janho recommends this procedure with a 3-D liposculpture and a Brazilian Butt-lift for total transformation.
Call Bella Forma Cosmetic Surgery Center to get more information about this procedure and finally achieve that smoother, flatter tummy you have been dreaming of for so long!

Help Us Build The True Picture of Diabetes
Post Your Photo of A Day in The Life of Diabetes. For too many Americans, diabetes is thought of as minor hindrance rather than a life-changing disease. You know differently. You know the work, the worries, the struggles and triumphs. And we need you to help us show what a day in the life of diabetes is really like.
Send us a photo of a moment that captures what living with diabetes every day means to you. Tell us about the extraordinary effort that goes into living an ordinary day. Your picture and comments will help build a mosaic that shows the true picture of diabetes.
For every photo/image uploaded, CVS/pharmacy will donate $1 to the American Diabetes Association, up to $25,000.

You arrive at a cocktail party with a stunning body, beautifully fitting dress, elegant high heel shoes, and make-up done; completely stunning to those watching you. As you walk in everyone stares in awe following your every move and angle.
This is what we as women strive for when it comes to our bodies. Therefore, it is imperative that you understand what a Brazilian Butt Lift means to one surgeon.
The Brazilian Butt lift is a misunderstood phrase used by many patients and surgeons. It is a sculpturing technique and not only fat transfer to the buttock. It is a dual procedure:
- Subtractive: removal of fat (or skin) that surrounds the gluteus in order to achieve an ideal form.
- Additive: placement of fat (or silicone implant) to specific defects in order to correct contouring and projection.
The “frame” (skin, fat, bone) should be adequately evaluated in order to determine how the gluteus (muscle) will appear after the Subtractive phase. Adding silicone implants or fat can then be decided upon by both, the patient and the surgeon.
Indications for major weight loss patients with more skin laxity than fat are not similar to those with more fat and good skin elasticity. Therefore, your decision should be based on your particular anatomy and medical condition in order to arrive at a realistic expectation.
